Because of your sterling reputation within your industry, you are being asked to share your experience, creativity, and assistance in providing personal attention to a large audience of soon-to-be Brides and Grooms during Brides 2009.
It is with great pride that we continue our tradition of providing you with the following to ensure personal attention:
- Gracious registration and vendor coordinator, Hollie Kaiser
- Computerized registration and participant database from TCT Computer Solutions.
- Increased media coverage through local media venues including New Northwest Broadcasters, KNDU TV, and the Tri-City Herald.
- The newly-carpeted and enhanced TRAC Exhibit Hall sure to be elegantly decorated, now provides spacious event floor space to comfortably accommodate the multitude of exhibit booths, fashion show staging, as well as the anticipated 1000+ attendees from around the Mid Columbia Region. Exhibit booths will be strategically arranged to allow for maximum interaction with guests even during the fashion show productions.
- Two 50-minute fashion show productions from IMBUE and Dan Burns, 3-D Productions, showcasing elegant formal and bridal attire. Stage production strategically placed in Exhibit Hall to maximize interaction with guests throughout Brides event.
- Added amenities for brides: roses courtesy of Just Roses, preprinted identification labels courtesy of TCT Computer Solutions, Chocolates by Cakes by We, gift tote by Dermacare Laser & Skin Care of the Tri Cities, wine glasses, and a wine bar featuring fine Northwest wines..

- For the weary Vendor, two tasty boxed lunches per each booth space, brought to you by Country Gentleman Restaurant and Catering
- Gratis participation in online wedding directory at www.midcolumbiabrides.com through March 31, 2009, for all Brides 2009 participating vendors.
The Advertising You Expect
Brides 2009 will be advertised extensively on local media venues including New Northwest Broadcast Websites and select radio stations, KNDU-TV, and the Tri-City Herald. Over 700+ combined media commercials will be aired in an intensive campaign blitz prior to the event along with year-round radio, print and special event advertisement of this regions only comprehensive online wedding directory, www.midcolumbiabrides.com. Brides 2009 event and midcolumbiabrides.com are also linked to NNB, KNDU and Tri City Herald websites. New to the Tri-City Herald is their special edition VOW magazine featuring everything unique to the Bridal industry. Advertising opportunities abound in this new wedding resource as well as in the Tri-City Herald's daily publication.
Your Participation
As a select vendor for Brides 2009, you will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services in unique ways. There will be no rows of "pipe and drape" booths, nor will there be a "trade show" environment.
Rather, envision guests leisurely strolling through the intimacy of the spacious, newly-carpeted and elegantly-decorated TRAC Exhibit Hall in Pasco, appreciating the personal attention of your gracious business representatives.
We encourage your creativity. Please share with us your ideas for unique presentation. We will have rectangular or circular draped tables available as well as plenty of freestanding display space to showcase your products and services. And, we will do everything we can to accommodate and promote your marketing vision. Only one business may be represented for each requested space with a maximum of four vendor passes granted.
We will do our best to accommodate businesses desiring adjoining spaces. In an effort to identify and remove unregistered solicitors, we ask that you operate within your identified location. If you have special marketing needs that require you to roam, previous arrangements are required. We encourage you to register early for your prime location.
Registrations must be received and PAID IN FULL by December 12, 2008. For Exhibitors with unique electrical requirements, an additional fee will be applied. Please contact Imbue via email or phone:

Participation Cost:
Standard $500
Includes: One 8' circular or one 6' rectangular draped table (optional). Approximately 100 square feet of undefined spacious display space. (Comparable to a generous 10' by 10' booth).
Premium $650
Includes Same options as above, but strategically placed maximum exposure. Event sponsors have priority. So, you may want to consider becoming an event sponsor.
